once a week
once a week 表示一周一次，可回答 I play football once a week.
three times a week
three times a week 表示一周三次，常用于 watch TV、play football 等活动。
- three times a week 一周三次
- watch TV 看电视
every day
every day 表示每天，如 Does your mother exercise every day?
第三人称单数 watches/exercises
谈 he/she/my father/my mother 的习惯时，动词常加 -s 或 -es，如 watches TV、exercises。
- watches 看，第三人称单数
- exercises 锻炼，第三人称单数

示例周历中，I watch TV three times a week. I swim every day. I do exercise once a week. 学生自己的周课表和真实频率是开放回答，不能当作 Jerry 的固定事实。
