Where are you going? 用来问“你要去哪里？”回答 I’m going to the supermarket.
Where is he going?
问第三人称单数去哪里用 Where is he going? 回答 He is going to the basketball court.
post office and library
post office 是邮局，library 是图书馆。Are they going to the post office? No, they are going to the library.

send a letter
当前寄信场景用 I want to send a letter. 表达寄一封实体信，目的地为 post office；需要 stamp、envelope、writing paper 等相关物品。
be going to places
be going to + 地点 表示正要去某处；主语不同，be 动词要变为 am/is/are。
